In Windows / Linux OS:

Go to menu bar and click on "Tools" > "Account Settings">
Click the header of the account name which you want to create the signature for:

There are 3 methods to create your own email signature:

1. Plain text
2. HTML text
3. From files (text, HTML, or image file)
